Training Needs Analysis

SkillsHub conducts comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) to help businesses and organisations identify training gaps and priority skills needs within their workforce. The TNA process covers a review of current workforce tasks, an assessment of staff skills, and an identification of training gaps.
